b. Deadlines Registration: December 15, 2008

Enrollment: January 15, 2009

Final Payment: January 31, 2009

For School PO: March 31, 2009

c. Testing Thursday, March 5 in individual schools

d. Return of The afternoon of the testing day. Will ship
