NEW! Official Enrollment Papers are no longer in-use. As of this fall, The Eastern Mass Chapter will be doing all registration on-line. Instructions for setting up a school record are being sent to school Coordinators via the Contest Administrator.

Information to Note

  1. Teachers: Take a moment to check out the special incentives that AATF National is offering you at Special Teacher Promotions.

  2. FLES includes Grades 1–6.
    a. Find out all about the 2009 FLES Concours.
    b. See the FLES 2009 Calendar through May Download a copy of the 2009 FLES Schedule.
    Why not encourage your 6th grade students to particpate?


  3. Secondary: Levels 01 - 5 includes Grades 7 - 12.
    a. Find out about the 2009 Grand Concours.
    b. Look at the 2008 Participation Statistics
    c. See the 09 Secondary Calendar through May Download a copy of the 2009 Secondary Schedule.
    d. Why not encourage all your students to participate? There are a variety of certificates to earn as well as prizes. Certificates can be cited on college applications as Academic Honors. The test is wonderful preparation/practice for the SATs, placement exams, etc. See A sample letter to edit and send to parents to inform them of the Grand Concours. It includes a permission slip to enroll their son or daughter. Download the letter and permission slip here.

  6. The Neutral Party: view The Duties of the Neutral Party. to see the responsibilities of this designated person. Note that teachers of French may not receive the exams nor proctor the exams in order to maintain maximum test security.
